Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
All our products are made-to-order. Production takes 2-7 business days, then shipping times vary by location: 5-10 days for Europe, 7-14 days for USA, and 10-20 days for rest of world.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to over 60 countries worldwide including North Macedonia, Europe, USA, Canada, and more.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Unfortunately, we cannot change addresses once production has begun. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order.

Products & Quality

What are your products made of?
Our t-shirts are made from high-quality cotton or cotton blends, and our mugs are ceramic. All items are printed using premium printing techniques for long-lasting designs.

How do I care for my t-shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the design.

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, our mugs are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to preserve the design longer.

What sizes do you offer?
We offer a range of sizes from XS to 3XL for most t-shirts. Check individual product pages for specific size charts.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Since all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Please refer to our size charts before ordering. If you receive an incorrect size due to our error, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange an exchange.
