SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are made-to-order and printed especially for you. Production typically takes 2-7 business days before your item ships. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer standard shipping for all orders. Delivery times vary by location:
- Europe: 5-10 business days after production
- United States: 7-14 business days after production
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days after production
Please note: Total delivery time = Production time (2-7 days) + Shipping time
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
International Orders International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@fizzteeco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot change addresses once production has begun.
