Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. If there's an issue with your order — wrong item, printing defect, or damage — contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The item must have a manufacturing defect, printing error, or arrived damaged
• You'll need to provide a photo of the issue and your order number

Since every item is made to order and printed just for you, we don't accept returns for sizing mistakes or change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

To start a claim, email us at contact@fizzteeco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Damages and issues If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve it — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
